Hi, I am Indrė,

Gestalt psychotherapy practitioner

Technically speaking - I am a Gestalt Psychotherapy Practitioner. But since it is not a technique that catalyzes healing, but rather the quality of a human contact, I'd try to draw a brief verbal self-portrait.

My sincere interest in human psychology and the complexity of existence began in my school days and continues today.

Various life experiences (you can hear more about one of them in the "Ai, viskas gerai..." podcast) and difficult situations encouraged me to embark on an odyssey of research on the human psyche, possibilities, limits and the meaning of life.

Although my primary education is in business, life inevitably brought me to study psychology at Vilnius University and Gestalt psychotherapy at the Vilnius Gestalt Institute.

Having discovered the passage for myself, accumulating knowledge and gathering experiences, today I want to and I am able to help others find their own way through the labyrinths of life.

Working with the themes

EXPERIENCE

Depression and anxiety

When tormented by intrusive negative thoughts; when it seems that the future has no prospects; when you don't have the strength and motivation to start "managing" your life; when you wake up at night with recurring anxiety attacks

Psychosomatics and hypochondria

When suffering recurring physical symptoms such as migraines, and doctors can't find a cause; if every symptom sounds like a verdict for the lethal disease.

Self-actualization, self-esteem and burnout

If you feel that you are not realizing yourself; or if an activity that used to inspire you, now seems exhausting and uninteresting; if you can no longer concentrate; you suffer from fear and lack of self-confidence.

Relationships

When thinking or going through a divorce; when in a relationship crisis; if feeling stuck in a toxic relationship; when it is difficult to maintain long-term relationships.
